Responsible for assisting in defining the project scope and managing the defined scope. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Defines the functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements of a system serves as a business subject matter expert, and act as a liaison between the business and IT. Provides the link between the technical and the business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business. Leads system requirements definition, design, testing, training and implementation support. Applies use of tools to define requirements and documentation. Provides analysis of efficiencies related to system enhancements/automation. Works with IT learning organization to assist in the development of system training documentation and provides training to end users. Assists with developing use cases. Requires BA/BS in information systems or related field; 3-5 or more years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Required Skills : Business Analysis
