Job description
- Supporting the maintenance and operation of student information systems (SITS) and related education technology platforms
- Troubleshooting system issues, user problems and data discrepancies within education management environments
- Contributing to system configuration, customization and enhancement projects
- Collaborating with academic administration, student services and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Documenting system changes, processes and technical specifications
- Supporting testing and deployment of system updates and new features

Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience working with student information systems (SITS) or comparable education technology platforms
- Strong understanding of education sector workflows, the student lifecycle and academic administration processes
- Experience with system configuration, SQL scripting, reporting tools and data management within education environments
- Problem-solving capability and attention to detail in a regulated, data-sensitive context
- Effective communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
- Willingness to support continuous learning and professional development within education technology
Benefits & conditions
- Type: Contract · Full-time
- Day Rate: £250-280 per day (or £380-450 per day, dependent on experience and engagement terms)
