Job description
Our client is seeking a P&C Systems Specialist, who will be responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of our HR technology ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on our Human Capital Management System, Payroll, Benefits and Time Managements system, systems integrations and working with our IT team to support systems upgrades and rollouts. We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient HR Systems Specialist to join our People & Culture Team.
This position will be based in their BRAND NEW office in Tampa, FL. There is a hybrid requirement to be on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Day to Day:

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for our Human Capital Management and Payroll, Benefits and Time Management P&C systems.

Maintain and configure HR systems to support business processes including employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, and time tracking.

Responsible for ownership of internal MyPMI intranet site. Includes site content ownership, configuration updates and site maintenance.

Collaborate with P&C, IT, and Payroll teams to ensure data integrity, system integration, and process efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.

Manage system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features or modules.

Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, user guides, and training materials.

Maintain and update inbound/outbound P&C systems integrations with downstream vendors.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies.

Support end-users with training, guidance, and issue resolution.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in HRIS or HR systems administration.

Experience with Payroll and Benefits Administration platforms and processes.

Familiarity with system integrations, data mapping, and troubleshooting.

Proficient in Excel and various reporting tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Legally authorized to work in the United States. - Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Strong working knowledge of ADP Payroll, Benefits and Time Management systems

Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or similar is a plus

SuccessFactors certification(s) in EC or related modules
-
Experience with ADP integrations or middleware
-
Knowledge of compliance requirements such as ACA, FLSA, etc.
