Job description

The Representative will provide support to Clients in a number of technical areas.

Network administration
Hardware and software maintenance
Active Directory, DHCP, DNS administration
Azure Cloud Management
VoIP systems
Network traffic analysis
M365 Configuration and Concepts
Firewall Configuration
VPN Tunneling and Connectivity
VLAN Administration
VMware and Hyper V Administration

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Perform remote & onsite troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose problems.
Install/upgrade hardware and software components as required.
Maintain/Troubleshoot Windows Domain environments, Active Directory, DNS, Multi server environments, Hyper V Virtual server environments
Firewall Configuration and Support- Firewall policy and configuration, VPN tunneling, QOS, Traffic Routing
Maintain/Troubleshoot VMware Virtual Environment
Microsoft Application Suite Installation & Support - M365 Setup and Configuration, Office (2010-2019)
Windows Desktop Operating System Support
Managed Backup / BDR Systems
Managed Switch Configuration - Creating and supporting VLAN environments, Port tagging and configuration
WiFi Administration - installation, configuration, traffic analysis, coverage analysis

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to work as an individual along with being a member of the Team environment. Job responsibilities will be performed at KeeFORCE offices and KeeFORCE client locations. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE (5 years hands-on technical experience desired)

General Technical Troubleshooting
Physical and Virtual Server Environments
Firewall administration
Backup Administration and Configuration of Solutions
Cloud Solutions–AWS, Azure, M365
LAN/WAN administration, Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Apply basic mathematical concepts and mathematical operations.
