Job description

We help businesses keep their records, mailing lists, client information, reports, and daily data processes clean, updated, and reliable., We are looking for a Data Support Coordinator who can support day to day data administration and help keep information accurate across internal systems. You are not just entering details into spreadsheets; you are helping organise records, check information, follow up on missing data, and make sure teams can rely on the information they use every day.

You will work closely with administration, client services, operations, and mailing support teams to make sure records are updated, reports are prepared, and data related tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Administration Support: Assist with updating records, checking information, cleaning contact lists, maintaining databases, and supporting routine data related tasks.

Record Management: Maintain accurate spreadsheets, client files, mailing lists, contact records, reports, and operational documents.

Data Quality Checks: Review records for missing details, duplicate entries, formatting issues, and basic errors before information is used or shared.

Team Coordination: Work with administration, client services, mailing support, and operations teams to share updates and keep priorities clear.

Process Follow Up: Monitor pending data requests, missing information, record updates, and workflow issues, then escalate concerns when needed.

Reporting: Prepare simple data summaries, activity updates, mailing reports, and task notes for supervisors or management.

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in data administration, office support, business support, client services, mailing operations, or records management is preferred.

Accuracy: You are comfortable checking details, reviewing records, and keeping information organised.

Organisation: You can manage multiple tasks, update records carefully, and follow structured processes.

Communication Skills: You can write clear emails, speak professionally, and coordinate confidently with colleagues and clients.

Tooling: You are comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, shared files, databases, and basic business systems.

Mindset: You are dependable, practical, and calm under pressure. You know how to prioritise tasks, follow up properly, and keep data support moving.
