Google Ads Specialist - Remote

We are looking for a skilled Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns for international projects. This is a fully remote role for someone with hands-on experience in Google Ads, keyword research, conversion tracking, campaign testing, budget management, and performance optimization.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently while providing clear updates and practical recommendations to improve campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns

• Manage Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns when needed

• Conduct keyword research, competitor research, and audience analysis

• Optimize campaigns based on CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and lead quality

• Set up, review, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager

• Test ad copy, landing pages, keywords, bidding strategies, and campaign structures

• Monitor campaign performance and adjust budgets based on results

• Prepare weekly reports with insights, results, and next-step recommendations

• Communicate professionally with the internal team

Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns

• Strong understanding of paid search, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization

• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus

• Ability to analyze campaign data and make practical improvements

• Good written communication skills in English

• Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently

• Availability for regular communication during business hours
