BMS Applications Engineer

• Design and program BMS/BAS systems and controller logic
• Develop graphics, databases, and sequences of operation
• Integrate BACnet, Modbus, and Ethernet-based control systems
• Prepare submittals, AutoCAD drawings, and as-built documentation
• Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and field startup
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and consulting engineers

We are seeking a BMS Applications Engineer with 4+ years of Building Automation (BAS/BMS) experience to design, program, and support HVAC control systems for commercial buildings., * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, Math, or Physics

• 4+ years of BAS/BMS or HVAC Controls experience
• Experience with DDC programming, BACnet, and Modbus
• Knowledge of HVAC mechanical systems
• AutoCAD and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Automated Logic WebCTRL experience is a strong plus
