Job description

  • Administration und Wartung von Desktop-Computersystemen sowie Hard- und Software im Unternehmen
  • Betreuung und Support der Endanwender (vor Ort und remote)
  • Installation, Konfiguration, Verwaltung, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Hard- und Software (z. B. VPN, RDP, Citrix, Microsoft 365, Fachanwendungen)
  • Fehleranalyse, Störungsbehebung und Dokumentation von IT-Prozessen
  • Schulung und Beratung der Mitarbeitenden im Umgang mit IT-Systemen, insbesondere im Homeoffice-Umfeld

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemadministrator) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der IT-Administration
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows, MDM und M365 (z. B. Microsoft 365, Azure)
  • Kenntnisse in Netzwerkadministration (LAN, WAN, VPN)
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
