Data Center Cabling Specialist

As a Data Center Cabling Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building the physical backbone of high-performance AI computing environments. You will be responsible for executing large-scale fiber optic deployments and hardware installations that drive the next generation of hyperscale data center infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Execute the installation, routing, and precise labeling of high-density fiber optic and copper cabling systems.
• Ensure signal integrity by performing professional termination and testing of MPO/MTP and LC connectivity.
• Drive hardware deployment success through efficient rack-and-stack operations for servers, switches, and GPU clusters.
• Maintain rigorous cable management standards to optimize airflow and accessibility in mission-critical facilities.
• Resolve physical layer connectivity challenges to minimize downtime and support continuous operations.
• Document all deployment activities to ensure compliance with strict infrastructure standards and project specifications.

Do you have experience in Fiber optic systems installation?, * 3+ years of hands-on experience in structured cabling, low-voltage systems, or data center hardware deployment.

• Proven proficiency in fiber optic installation, cable management, and rack-and-stack procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes technical environments.
• Physical capability to handle equipment and navigate confined spaces safely.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on precision and adherence to deployment protocols., * Direct experience within hyperscale or mission-critical data center environments.
• Technical expertise in OTDR testing, fiber certification, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Prior experience supporting GPU infrastructure or high-performance computing hardware.
• Relevant industry credentials such as BICSI, OSHA, Network+, or specialized fiber certifications.
• Experience providing smart hands or hardware break/fix support.
