What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Electrical Superintendent, you’ll take ownership of field operations across large commercial, mission critical, and Data Center construction projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating all electrical field activities on-site
• Managing subcontractors, field teams, and daily site operations
• Driving project schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Collaborating closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients
• Conducting planning meetings, toolbox talks, and progress reviews
• Overseeing manpower planning and workforce productivity
• Identifying and resolving construction and installation challenges proactively
• Ensuring all work is delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and NEC standards
• Maintaining a strong safety-first culture across all phases of construction

Do you have experience in Workforce management?, We’re looking for experienced leaders who thrive in fast-moving construction environments and know how to keep projects running efficiently.

Ideal backgrounds include:

• Senior Electrical Superintendent experience within commercial, industrial, or mission critical construction
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation processes, and field coordination
• Experience managing large crews and multiple subcontractors
• Data Center experience is highly desirable, but not essential
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and project documentation
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work under pressure, * Data center: 3 years (Preferred)
