What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Electrical Superintendent, you’ll take ownership of field operations across large commercial, mission critical, and Data Center construction projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating all electrical field activities on-site
- Managing subcontractors, field teams, and daily site operations
- Driving project schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Collaborating closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients
- Conducting planning meetings, toolbox talks, and progress reviews
- Overseeing manpower planning and workforce productivity
- Identifying and resolving construction and installation challenges proactively
- Ensuring all work is delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and NEC standards
- Maintaining a strong safety-first culture across all phases of construction
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workforce management?, We’re looking for experienced leaders who thrive in fast-moving construction environments and know how to keep projects running efficiently.
Ideal backgrounds include:
- Senior Electrical Superintendent experience within commercial, industrial, or mission critical construction
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation processes, and field coordination
- Experience managing large crews and multiple subcontractors
- Data Center experience is highly desirable, but not essential
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and project documentation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work under pressure, * Data center: 3 years (Preferred)
