Job description

Configure, maintain, and support network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, and configuration issues
Assist with network upgrades, implementations, and infrastructure projects
Maintain network security and support access control initiatives
Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
Support LAN/WAN environments and ensure reliable connectivity across systems
Collaborate with IT teams to support system integration and infrastructure improvements
Respond to service requests and technical issues in a timely manner
Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts
Maintain compliance with company IT policies and security standards, * Network Analyst

Requirements

Do you have experience in WAN?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Minimum Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
