Job description

  • 1st Levelsupport
  • Unterstützung beim Einrichten von Clientcomputern und bei Problembehebungen
  • Wartung und Fehlerbehebung bei Problemen mit Etikettendruckern und Officedruckern
  • Wartung und Problembehebung auf den eingesetzten Windowsserversystemen
  • Firewallregeln verwalten
  • Unterstützung beim Erweitern und Verwalten des Netzwerkes

Requirements

  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in Active Directory
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in aktuellen Windows Serversystemen (ab Windows Server 2019)
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit VM-Ware
  • Kenntnisse im Netzwerkumfeld (Topologie, VLAN, Routing, Firewalls)
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office und M365 Integrationen (Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint)

Wünschenswert

  • Kenntnisse im iTac-MES-System
  • Kenntnisse in SOTI-MobiControl
  • Kenntnisse im Hardwareumfeld (PC, Server)
