Job description

The Systems and Process Administrator oversees the agency’s internal systems, operational workflows, and procedural compliance, with a primary focus on Yardi and related platforms. This position helps ensure agency processes, system configurations, and data practices align with HUD requirements, agency policies, and operational best practices.

This role works across departments to improve efficiency, support staff, standardize procedures, and maintain consistent operational practices throughout the organization., * Administer Yardi and related systems, including user access, workflows, and system setup

  • Support system accuracy, data integrity, and operational compliance
  • Develop and maintain procedures, workflows, and process documentation
  • Identify and improve operational inefficiencies and inconsistencies
  • Conduct internal reviews of workflows, files, and system practices
  • Provide staff training and technical support related to systems and procedures
  • Create user guides and training materials
  • Coordinate with departments to support program implementation and operational alignment
  • Assist with system troubleshooting and vendor coordination as needed, * This is a fulltime, in office position based at 1001 S Orchard St, Boise ID 83705. Work days are 10 hour shifts, four days per week
  • Travel may be required for meetings, training, or conferences
  • The role may require additional hours during peak periods such as budget preparation or audit time

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Yardi?, * Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar management systems

  • Experience developing procedures, workflows, or internal controls
  • Experience in housing programs, compliance, or other regulated environments preferred, * Process improvement and systems coordination
  • Technical troubleshooting and problemsolving
  • Training and documentation development
  • Organizational and operational support, Driver’s License (Required), A background check and pre-employment drug test are required prior to hire.
