Robotic Systems Technician

• Identify and resolve operational faults in AC and DC motor drive systems and industrial power controls.
• Collaborate with PLCs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Read and apply electrical schematics, blueprints, and logic diagrams for machinery overhauls.
• Communicate effectively during shift hand-offs and support preventative maintenance strategies.
• Occasional travel for regional goals or technical training.

• Electro-mechanical expertise with a degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in AC/DC drives and industrial PLCs.
• Stable work history with a maximum of 2 employers in the last 5 years.
• Commitment to a structured 12-hour rotating schedule.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Local commute within the Greater Green Bay area.
