Hybrid/ Remote ServiceNow Software Developer- DOD Secret

Support for Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) integration with ServiceNow development and implementation to meet the design specifications using best practice and out of the box functionality. Assist the ServiceNow team, service management personnel, enterprise architect, with implementing and sustaining ServiceNow modules. Work with the key stakeholders within the program and the ServiceNow functional analyst to ensure successful implementation and roll out and sustainment. Support the development of integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. Support the development of complex workflows and the development of new data tables within ServiceNow to support ongoing work Will generate reports and dashboards within ServiceNow and participate in peer code reviews. Should be familiar with the Enterprise Configuration Management Data Base (CMBD) and will incorporate ServiceNow’s CMDB solution that is extended to include capabilities in the legacy CMDB solution

IAT Level II or III preferred. 2 positions Available Senior (IAT III) and Junior (IAT II).
