- Support laboratory,Patient Service Center (PSC)andIn-Office Phlebotomist (IOP)sites within theWichitaKS area
- Support, Install, and configure hardware/software for desktop support
- Troubleshoot problems and provide technical support for software and hardware
- Respond to all customer inquiriesin a timely manner
- Place orders for IT-related hardware and complete asset management once received
- Meet with vendors for installation questions and directions onsite(Examples: Data cabling, Instrument Vendors, Ricoh Vendors)
- Assistas smart hands for IT hardware installations and validations all is working as expected
- Manage tickets for Issues and projects in ServiceNow
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalentwith 4yearsexperienceconfiguring PC’s and desktop support ORAssociate’s Degreewith 2yearswork experience
- 2 years or more experience with hardware and software support
- 1 year or more experience supporting Windows 11 desktop support, * 6 months or more experience configuringPC’sin a lab environment
- 6 monthsor more experience withCerner and Soft
- Current orpreviousLabcorp experience
Additional Job Standards:
- Abilityto lift IT hardware up to 50lbs
- Ability to travel to various sites as needed(approximately 20%)
- Advanced knowledge of system integration concepts, tools, and methodologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex, cross-system issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight on advanced technical work
- Experience influencing technical direction and guiding decision-making without direct authority
- Strong communicationskills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Commitment to mentoring, collaboration, and continuous learning
