Job description

  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Support anfragen per Telefon, E-Mail oder Chat
  • Fehlerdiagnose und Behebung bei Hard und Softwareproblemen
  • Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Arbeitsplätzen, Netzwerken und Peripheriegeräten
  • Unterstützung bei VPN Verbindungen, VMware Umgebungen sowie SQL Datenbanken
  • Dokumentation der Support fälle und Erstellung von Anleitungen für Anwender:innen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT Abteilungen bei komplexen technischen Fragestellungen
  • Planung und Koordination kleinerer IT Projekte zur Optimierung der Infrastruktur

Requirements

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Computer Skills sowie in Microsoft Office Anwendungen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Problemlösungsfähigkeit
