Job description

Annahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung komplexer IT-Störungen im 2nd Level Support (Hard- und Software)

  • Unterstützung und Beratung der Anwender bei technischen Problemen (Remote & vor Ort)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem 1st Level Support und Eskalation an den 3rd Level bei Bedarf
  • Dokumentation von Support-Fällen und Pflege der Wissensdatenbank
  • Mitarbeit bei Rollouts, IT-Projekten und Systemoptimierungen

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker/in, IT-Systemelektroniker/in) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung

  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen, Microsoft Office, Netzwerktechnologien und IT-Hardware
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen und Remote-Tools (z. B. TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
  • Serviceorientierte, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
