Job description

  • Develop and implement custom solutions in ServiceNow platform.
  • Configure the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Create and maintain scripts to automate processes and improve efficiency.
  • Design and develop web portals and ServiceNow Service Catalog.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in ServiceNow development.

Requirements

  • Experience with JavaScript, GlideRecord, and scripting fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of Orchestration, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and reusable action/subflow design.
  • Proficiency in Service Catalog and Service Portal development.
  • Familiarity with Import Sets, Transform Maps, and data governance.
  • Understanding of CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, SAM, and HAM products.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with IT Service Management processes and best practices.
  • Certifications in ServiceNow development or administration.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
