Senior Backend Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend services and APIs.
• Implement and manage real-time data pipelines and asynchronous messaging systems.
• Identify bottlenecks, optimize application performance, and ensure high availability of core services.
• Develop and maintain scheduled tasks, background workers, and automation workflows.
• Work alongside frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Please note: you must have at least 7+ years of experience professionally developing with Go (Golang) and Python to be considered for this role., * 7+ years of experience professionally developing with Go (Golang) and Python.

• Strong experience building high-performance microservices and defining efficient RPC protocols (gRPC).
• Proven experience working with message brokers and event-driven architecture (Kafka, Pub-Sub).
• Demonstrated experience designing and managing scheduled jobs and background processes (Cron).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Initiative and drive to do great things.

Nice-to-Have

• Proficiency with Java.
• Experience with Celery for distributed task queues.
