We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Agentforce, Salesforce AI capabilities, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and enterprise CRM integrations. The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize AI-powered Salesforce solutions that improve customer engagement, automate workflows, and enhance business productivity.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, admins, and AI teams to implement scalable Salesforce applications using modern Salesforce technologies including Agentforce, Einstein AI, Flow Automation, and Data Cloud., * Design and develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, SOSL, and Flow.

• Build and configure AI-powered agents using Agentforce.
• Integrate Salesforce AI capabilities such as:
• Einstein GPT
• Prompt Builder
• Copilot/Agent actions
• Predictive AI models
• AI-generated workflows
• Develop conversational AI and automation solutions for customer support, sales, and service operations.
• Customize and maintain Salesforce Clouds:

• Marketing Cloud (preferred)
• Create secure integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, MuleSoft, or middleware platforms.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for Salesforce deployments.
• Optimize system performance, governor limits, and application scalability.
• Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and agile ceremonies.
