Job description

Own the environment and infrastructure roadmap for core CX platforms, including Google CES CCaaS / CCAIP, BigQuery, Looker, ServiceNow, identity management, and connectivity dependencies.
Design and implement platform reliability, observability, backup, access control, and resilience measures that improve system stability and reduce operational risk.
Govern the deployment of connectors and environment configurations across development, test, staging, and production.
Coordinate with security, architecture, and support teams to ensure platforms remain robust, compliant, scalable, and supportable.
Partner with engineering, project management, and operations teams to align technical capabilities with service goals and release readiness.
Support cloud networking, IAM, monitoring, environment administration, and platform supportability.

Requirements

5-10+ years in CX operations infrastructure, technical support management, or SaaS environments preferred.
Deep knowledge of Google CES CCaaS / CCAIP, ServiceNow, BigQuery, Looker, cloud networking, IAM, monitoring, and API-based platform ecosystems.

Pay: $36.72 - $44.22 per hour
