IT Solutions Analyst

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for an IT Solutions Analyst to join their team as a remote resource. This successful resource will be responsible for providing internal and external user support for software related issues., * Support Microsoft AD, Office 365, and other related software

• Provide Major Incident Management (MIM) response work
• Support users via ticketing system, email, and live calls
• Provide support for hardware, software, password resets, and authentication tasks
• Document incidents for Major Incident Management
• Work with Hubspot for ticketing and Jira to route tickets

• 2-3+ years of tier I & II support experience, supporting a Microsoft environment with O365 and AD groups
• MIM or Incident Response/Alert experience preferred, or at least the right mindset and level of communication and detail to execute on a MIM
• Great communication skills to interact directly with internal and external users
• Ability to work an on-call rotation

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Jira experience, or experience with another ticketing system
• Experience with AWS Workspaces and/or AppStream
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is nice to have

This is a contract opportunity with a wage up to $45/hr based on experience. Benefits will be offered by Pinnacle while on contract.
