  • Monitor market trends, funding programs, and regulatory changes to inform strategic positioning.

Client Relationship Management

  • Provide senior-level oversight or input on transportation and municipal infrastructure designs.

  • Support project managers in delivering roadway, stormwater, utility, and site improvement projects.

  • Apply solid civil engineering judgment to resolve complex technical challenges.

  • Guide project strategies, quality reviews, and risk management efforts.

  • Mentor early-career staff and help develop internal talent.

Business & Financial Management

  • Support project financial planning, including revenue forecasting and workload planning.

  • Provide input on staffing needs, teaming strategies, and operational improvements.

  • Help oversee proposal budgets and project pricing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field required.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Indiana PE strongly preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in transportation or municipal engineering.
