Job description

Woodland Hills Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law firm seeking a candidate to serve as a PI Case manager. Duties include, but are not limited to:

· Onboarding PI clients by way of opening claims, sending representation and preservation of evidence letters, submitting SR1s to DMV and requesting Dec Pages;

· coordinating PD repairs and gathering and submitting all out of pocket costs;

· serving as a liaison with insurance adjusters - providing recorded statements, ensuring liability has been determined;

· communication with clients regularly regarding aspects of their claim;

· answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person;

· work with co-workers involved in the management and support of case files;

· maintain organized case files;

· constant and accurate record keeping/case notes

· Proactive support & communication with assigned cases

Requirements

· Ideal candidate must be meticulous, detail oriented, organized, and comfortable on the phone;

· Ability to prioritize and multi-task

· Excellent communication skills: written, digital and oral

· Deadline and detail oriented;

· Excellent teamwork skills

· Prior experience of working with personal injury clients, ability to empathize, listen and understand client’s needs

· Working knowledge of insurance companies and dealing with adjusters

· Bilingual (English/Spanish)

· MS Office experience (Word, Outlook)

Experience:

· Personal injury law firm: 2 years (Required)

Language:

  • Spanish (REQUIRED), * High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Law office: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
