• Assist customers with move-ins, move-outs, and storage inquiries.
• Prepare and process customer notices, delinquency documentation, and related administrative paperwork.
• Complete daily deposit reconciliation using facility management software and banking systems (training provided).
• Utilize facility management software, email, and basic computer systems for daily operations.
• Answer phones and provide in-person customer service support.
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
• Conduct daily security walks of the property.
• Sweep units, roll-up doors, and common areas; perform light landscaping.
• Conduct weekly lock audits to ensure unit security.
• Assist with auction preparation and related paperwork.
• Perform weekly golf cart inspections., * Consistent part-time schedule (up to 30 hours/week)!

• 2-3 years of previous customer service experience is required.
• Previous self-storage experience preferred, but not required., * Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks and documentation accurately.
• Ability to travel between Renton and Kent (about 15 minutes) during the week.
• Basic computer proficiency (email, software systems, data entry).
• Strong attention to detail (lock audits, paperwork, deposits).
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
• Willingness to perform light maintenance (cleaning units, sweeping, landscaping).
• Ability to conduct security walks and follow safety procedures.
• Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.
