Quality Systems Management Review Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quality Systems Management Review Specialist to support our Global Quality organization on a 6-month contract. This part-time role is responsible for supporting Quarterly Executive Management Reviews by compiling quality data, developing executive-level presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional global teams. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Veeva QMS, Quality Management Systems, and executive reporting within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry., * Compile and analyze quality data to support Quarterly Executive Management Reviews.

• Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations with input from global business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global Quality teams to complete deliverables on schedule.
• Review Quality System reports and dashboards within Veeva QMS.
• Provide support for Quality Management System processes, including:
• Deviations
• CAPA
• Change Control
• Document Control

• o Are you ok with following Shift (First Shift)
• How many years of experience do you have working with Quality Management Systems (QMS), and have you used Veeva QMS? Please describe your experience.
• Have you supported Executive or Management Review meetings by compiling quality metrics and creating PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership? If yes, please provide an example.
• Do you have hands-on experience with Quality System processes such as Deviations, CAPA, Change Control, and Document Control, and are you available to work part-time during PST business hours?

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Systems and Management Review within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related regulated industry.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva QMS.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation development.
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Document Control processes.
• Experience preparing executive-level quality metrics and management review presentations.
• Ability to manage deliverables from multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
