Job description
- Provide outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding IT products and services.
- Assist customers with technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear guidance on product usage.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the IT industry to provide relevant information to clients.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, aiming for a satisfactory resolution.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the IT or technology sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by business needs.
