Full-Stack Engineer (Angular & GenAI)

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Angular & GenAI Integration), you will work at the intersection of software engineering, AI, and business transformation, helping build and scale modern web platforms enhanced by GenAI capabilities., In this role, you will:

• Develop and scale enterprise web applications using Angular
• Integrate frontend applications with Python/FastAPI backends
• Implement GPT/LLM-based modules to support evaluation, automation, and workflow optimisation
• Design, build, and consume REST APIs within a microservices architecture
• Implement secure authentication and authorisation mechanisms
• Collaborate closely with Data Science and platform teams to integrate AI capabilities
• Participate in technical architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of applications
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and delivery planning
• Support deployment, integration, and release activities across environments

• +8 years of experience in software engineering
• At least 3-4 years of Angular experience in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in Angular and TypeScript
• Solid backend experience with Python and FastAPI
• Proven experience with REST APIs and microservices architectures
• Experience implementing authentication and security best practices
• Experience working with or integrating AI / LLM / GenAI services
• Experience developing enterprise-scale applications
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong collaboration experience with Data Science or AI teams
• Fluent English and German

• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen, or hold a valid work permit for Portugal Nice-to-haves

• Experience in insurance or other regulated industries
• Exposure to Azure or cloud-native environments
• Experience with RAG architectures or vector databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of GenAI orchestration frameworks
