Urgent Hire-(Entry Level) IT Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Application Support Analyst to join our remote IT team. In this role, you will provide first-line support for business applications, troubleshoot user issues, document incidents, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth system operations. This position is ideal for candidates beginning their IT careers who enjoy problem-solving and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Respond to application support requests through email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Investigate and resolve basic application issues.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior support teams when necessary.
• Document troubleshooting steps and update support tickets.
• Assist users with login, account access, and application configuration.
• Monitor application health and report recurring issues.
• Perform basic data validation and system testing.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high customer satisfaction.
