Job description

Design and conduct qualitative, quantitative, and usability research studies.
Develop surveys, questionnaires, interview guides, and discussion guides.
Moderate customer interviews, usability sessions, and research activities.
Analyze research data and synthesize findings into meaningful insights.
Present recommendations and findings to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Manage research vendors, timelines, and project deliverables.
Partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Business teams to drive customer-centric decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Market Research, Social Sciences, Analytics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in market research, customer insights, UX research, CX research, or consumer insights.
Strong experience leading end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research projects.
Experience with research platforms such as Qualtrics, UserTesting, or similar tools.
Proven ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
Long-Term Care insurance experience.
Customer Experience (CX), User Experience (UX), or usability research expertise.
Experience managing research vendors, RFPs, and procurement processes.
Additional market research certifications or related training., * Bachelor’s (Required)
