Technical Program Manager - RPA & AI Automation (Onsite)

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) - RPA & AI Automation will lead large-scale enterprise automation initiatives leveraging UiPath and Azure OpenAI . The role is responsible for end-to-end program governance, delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and execution across global teams within an Agile / ADO-driven environment.

2. 10+ years in IT Program / Project Management
3. Proven delivery of enterprise RPA / AI automation programs
4. Experience leading global onshore/offshore teams
5. Experience in Scaled Agile environments
6. Experience acting as SPOC for program communication
7. Experience working with senior leadership and influence decisions
8. High adaptability to complex enterprise / legacy environments
9. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
10. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
11. Automation & Technical Expertise
12. Deep expertise in UiPath SDLC and automation frameworks
13. Experience with Azure OpenAI or AI platforms
14. Knowledge of software engineering best practices
15. Strong exposure to enterprise architecture & transformations
16. Program & Delivery Management
17. End-to-end program governance and delivery ownership
18. Expertise in scope, schedule, risk, dependency & financial management
19. Strong risk identification and mitigation capabilities
20. Strong team leadership & delivery accountability
21. Executive-level communication & reporting (KPIs, risks, milestones)
22. Ability to establish and run program governance & steering committee meetings
23. Agile & Delivery Execution
24. Strong Agile methodology execution
25. Hands-on experience managing Agile projects using Azure DevOps (ADO) boards
26. Strong understanding of Agile metrics (velocity, throughput, predictability)
27. Stakeholder & Communication Management
28. Strong stakeholder management across business and IT
29. Strong track record in stakeholder engagement & satisfaction improvement

Optional / Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with UiPath (RPA)
• Advanced experience with GenAI / Azure OpenAI implementations
• Experience with DevOps (CI/CD, release mgmt, version control)
• Experience improving DevOps maturity & deployment efficiency
• Exposure to solution architecture (scalability, security, integration)

The salary for this position is between $140,000 - $150,000k depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
