Job description

Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions in CSM and IRM.
Customize applications based on business requirements while adhering to ServiceNow best practices.
Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and production support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC).
Experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization, scripting, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party integrations.
Good knowledge of App Engine Studio, Update Sets, Application Scoping, and ServiceNow best practices.
Experience in Catalog Development, Notifications, Reports, Dashboards, and Performance Optimization.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
