Job description
Electronics Expo is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control, cycle counting, receiving operations, and warehouse accuracy across our retail and e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will have strong inventory management experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate inventory levels in a fast-paced electronics distribution environment., * Manage daily inventory operations for retail and e-commerce channels.
- Perform and oversee cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
- Manage the receiving process for incoming merchandise and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Ensure all inventory transactions, transfers, adjustments, and receipts are entered accurately and timely.
- Monitor stock levels and identify inventory shortages or overstock situations.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, accounting, and e-commerce teams regarding inventory issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and generate inventory reports.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and inventory audits.
- Train and supervise warehouse personnel on inventory control procedures.
- Develop and implement processes to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory management procedures.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, * Minimum 5 years of warehouse inventory management experience.
- Experience managing inventory for retail, distribution, or e-commerce operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, receiving, and warehouse processes.
- Experience working with inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry is highly preferred.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large inventory volumes.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SellerCloud, Tyler, Sage, or similar inventory management systems.
- Experience managing inventory for both retail stores and e-commerce fulfillment operations.
- Experience leading warehouse teams and inventory projects.
