AUTO BODY Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Service Representative

CARSTAR Glenoaks Eagle Rock is a fast-paced, high-volume collision repair facility looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience from the moment a customer walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors with a professional and welcoming attitude.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Schedule estimate and repair appointments.
• Check customers in and assist with vehicle drop-offs and pickups.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Assist estimators and office staff with administrative tasks.
• Communicate professionally with insurance companies, vendors, and rental car partners.
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.

• Previous customer service or receptionist experience required.
• Auto body, automotive, or dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office; experience with CCC ONE is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish ) is a plus.
