Senior HRIS Advisor (14m FTC)

The main responsibilities for the Senior HRIS Advisor will be to act as the primary contact for queries on the HRIS system (Cascade) ensuring the system is maintained while meeting the needs of the HR team and its wider internal clients., * Helping train, coach and support users within HR and the International Office Managers on the HR system.

• Ensuring the integrity of the system is maintained by controlling user security, data imports, data audits and data accuracy.
• Maintaining clear understanding of GDPR and compliance issues associated with personal and sensitive data.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Looking at the automation of HR processes, reviewing new requirements and evolving existing automations.
• Assisting with implementation of new HR related software working with the wider HR team.

The Senior HRIS Advisor will have In-depth working knowledge of Cascade preferable or other HR software systems along with proficiency in MS Packages particularly, Excel. It is also advantageous to have or be working towards a CIPD qualification. The right candidate will be able to effectively prioritise competing demands while working within deadlines. It is essential to maintain confidentiality of information and be diplomatic and professional in challenging situations.
