PC Repair Technician

• Technical Skills: General troubleshooting skills for PC and laptop repairs.
• Performance: Ensure department achieves key metrics by repairing computers and performing technical and system diagnostics.
• Travel: Ability to travel occasionally for special projects.
• Driving Duties: Serve as the primary driver for transporting equipment and as a backup driver when necessary.

• Background Check: Clear background and ability to clear Level 2 background check.
• Certification: CompTIA A+ certified (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Hardware repair fundamentals.
• General software troubleshooting skills.
• Basic networking skills.
• Navigating OS platforms such as Windows 8, Windows 10, Server 2012, and Server 2016.

Preferred Experience:

• Language Skills: Bilingual in English.
• Technical Experience:
• Desktop, laptop, and printer repair skills.
• Understanding of imaging fundamentals (OS).
• Knowledge of ticketing and asset tracking systems.
• Experience with offsite repairs.
• Familiarity with supply chain workflows.
• Flexible and adaptable.

Experience:

• PC repair: 1 year (Preferred)
• PC Tech: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CompTIA A+ (Preferred)
