Job description

In this energetic role, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile electronic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.   • Perform electrical diagnostics on various electronic systems, including AC/DC electrical circuits and low voltage components
  • Conduct repairs on electronic equipment using hand tools, soldering techniques, and electrical schematic reading
  • Interpret electrical blueprints and schematics to guide troubleshooting and repair processes
  • Test electronic systems and components to ensure proper functionality after repairs are completed
  • Provide field service support by traveling to customer locations to perform on-site repairs and maintenance
  • Maintain detailed records of repairs, diagnostics, and service reports for quality assurance and future reference

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a service technician specializing in electronic or computer hardware repair
  • Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, circuit analysis, and schematic interpretation
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters, multimeters, and other testing equipment
  • Skilled in electrical soldering, equipment repair, and working with AC/DC electrical systems
  • Mechanical knowledge related to device assembly/disassembly and component replacement
  • Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics accurately for troubleshooting complex systems
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
  • Prior experience in field service environments is preferred but not required; a proactive attitude is essential
  • Must have your own vehicle and valid drivers license
