Job description

  • Support the Principal and Project Architects throughout all phases of project development.
  • Produce accurate architectural models, drawings, and documentation using 3D CAD/BIM software.
  • Revise drawings based on team feedback while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Help organize project files and maintain drawing standards.
  • Participate in design discussions, coordination meetings, and project reviews.
  • Research materials, building systems, and applicable codes as directed.
  • Contribute proactively to studio workflows and projects.

Requirements

We are a small, collaborative architecture studio seeking a motivated Junior Design Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career designer who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a supportive studio environment.

We’re looking for someone who is confident in asking questions, takes initiative, and enjoys solving design challenges. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, thinks critically, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team., * Professional degree in Architecture. (M. Arch or B. Arch).

  • Proficiency with 3D CAD/BIM software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion).
  • Strong drafting, visualization, and graphic communication skills including the ability to hand sketch.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced studio environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
