Architecture Associate

• Assist in developing architectural designs using AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D (Rhinoceros 3D), Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, and ArchiCAD
• Prepare detailed drafting and construction documents ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards
• Support project scheduling, budgeting, and project management activities to ensure timely delivery
• Utilize Bluebeam for plan review, markups, and document management throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, contributing ideas for interior design and renovation projects
• Conduct site visits to observe construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications
• Collaborate on construction estimating, contracts review, and negotiation processes

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architecture Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, from initial concept development through construction documentation. As an Architecture Associate, you will collaborate closely with senior architects and project teams to bring innovative ideas to life while gaining valuable hands-on experience in all phases of design and construction., * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional registration or working towards licensure is a plus

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D (Rhinoceros 3D), Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and Bluebeam
• Experience with project scheduling, construction estimating, budgeting, and construction management processes
• Strong drafting skills with attention to detail; familiarity with CAD standards and contract documentation
• Knowledge of construction methods including renovation and interior design projects
• Excellent communication skills for negotiation with clients and contractors
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within deadlines
