Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated Architectural Project Manager to lead exciting projects from concept through completion. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, consultants, and internal team members on a variety of multifamily, commercial, institutional, and healthcare projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality architectural solutions., * Lead projects to ensure schedule, budget, and quality goals are met.
- Define scope of work and budgets internally and with consultants, and prepare client estimates and contracts.
- Prepare additional services proposals when extra work is required, ensuring proper authorization before work proceeds.
- Develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating with team members and consultants.
- Help solve project issues and provide guidance to team members, consultants, and clients.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable codes, regulations, and owner requirements.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare accurate meeting minutes within 48 hours.
- Review and coordinate architectural, civil, landscape, MEP, structural, and other consultant documents to support successful project delivery.
- Secure client sign-off at each project phase before moving forward.
- Attend meetings and site visits, prepare field reports, and manage construction administration tasks, including RFIs, ASIs, and submittal reviews within 10 days of receipt.
- Track project performance and provide monthly updates to the CEO and CFO.
- Support billing and collections, especially on accounts over 120 days delinquent.
- Monitor staffing and workload to help maintain project efficiency and profitability.

Pay: $63,700.13 - $115,000.00 per year
Requirements
The Architectural Project Manager will be responsible for guiding projects through every phase with a strong focus on quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication, thoughtful coordination, and the ability to bring together clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to achieve successful project outcomes., * Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and project management tools.
- At least 7 years of project management experience, ideally with large-scale multifamily, commercial, institutional, or healthcare projects.
- Proven ability to coordinate projects from design development through construction administration., * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field., * Bachelor’s (Required)
