Job description

the Epic Application Analyst II is an Epic certified or proficient individual, who is responsible for the support, analysis, design, build, configuration, implementation, workflow documentation, and educational support of the assigned Epic application software, in alignment with organization’s policies, procedures, and business operations.

Is knowledgeable about Epic or healthcare IT system functions. Readily displays the ability to diagnose issues, identify appropriate resources and escalations, and propose creative solutions to complex problems.

Essential Functions:

  • Partners with Epic end users to identify needs, opportunities, weaknesses, and issues to provide solutions and improvements. Which may include attending site visits, validation sessions, and other integrated sessions.

Provide primary support to Epic end-users

  • Break/fix support

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree required.
  • In lieu of an Associate’s degree, HS/GED and four (4) years additional Epic application support experience required.

Work Experience:

  • One-year of Epic application support experience required.
  • Epic build experience preferred.
