Ecommerce Fulfillment Specialist

We’re an outdoor industry organization looking for an Ecommerce Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, assembling product accessories, and receiving incoming inventory. Our order and inventory systems run through QuickBooks integrated with Shopify, so strong computer skills and comfort learning new software are essential. This is a fast-paced environment with daily shipping deadlines - we need someone who works quickly, stays organized, and takes pride in accuracy., * Pick, pack, and fulfill ecommerce orders accurately and on schedule

• Process and track orders using QuickBooks and Shopify
• Assemble product accessories according to build specifications
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments and inventory
• Match received goods against purchase orders and flag discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fulfillment and receiving area
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or issues promptly
• Meet daily order cutoffs and shipping deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Troubleshoot basic order, inventory, or system discrepancies as they arise

• Strong computer skills; able to learn new software systems quickly
• Experience with QuickBooks and/or Shopify preferred, not required
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or receiving experience a plus
