Data Center Infrastructure Analyst / Data Center Asset Analyst

Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, We are looking for a highly organized professional with experience in Data Center Infrastructure and Asset Management, focused on physical network connectivity and DCIM operations.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with iTRACS or similar DCIM tools, including asset tracking, rack and patch management, cabling documentation, inventory control, and operational compliance within datacenter environments.

Required skills:

• Experience with DCIM platforms (preferably iTRACS): iTRACS, Nlyte, Sunbird dcTrack, Schneider EcoStruxure IT, Device42, ServiceNow CMDB, NetBox
• Knowledge of physical datacenter/network connectivity
• Understanding of structured cabling, patch panels, and fiber infrastructure
• Basic networking knowledge
• Datacenter operational experience
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Experience with inventory management and operational compliance processes

Desired:

• Familiarity with ITIL/change management processes
• Experience supporting datacenter operations and infrastructure teams
• Knowledge of asset lifecycle and capacity management

$30 - $50 an hour - Temporary, Full-time, Contract
