Job description

Happy Space Playground is a vibrant indoor/outdoor playground where children and families come to play, explore, and create joyful memories. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Social Media Specialist to lead our online presence, boost brand awareness, and foster meaningful relationships with our community. In this role, you will develop innovative content strategies, analyze digital marketing performance, and utilize cutting-edge media editing tools to create captivating visuals and videos. Join us to drive impactful social media campaigns that resonate and inspire!, * Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across diverse platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Create high-quality, engaging content including written posts, graphics, videos, photography, and multimedia assets
  • Manage social media accounts using scheduling and management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
  • Monitor social media analytics and marketing online analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize content for maximum reach.
  • Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content creation and relationship management strategies.
  • Implement targeted advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising to increase audience reach and generate leads

Requirements

  • Experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing performance monitoring, and social media analytics.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and media editing tools
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms’ algorithms, best practices for social media content marketing, and social media communication strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and marketing analytics to track campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience with social listening tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce compelling content that aligns with branding guidelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
