- Engage in patent prosecution involving machine learning, telecommunications, and autonomous driving.
- Handle matters related to radio frequency circuitry and hardware security.
Requirements
A law firm seeks a patent agent to join their Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution Practice Group in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of academic achievement and possess solid experience in law firm, engineering, or industry settings., * 2+ years of relevant experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
- Admission to the USPTO is required.
Education
- Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics.
Certifications
- USPTO admission.
Skills
- Superb writing and communication skills.
- Experience with machine learning, telecommunications, and security technologies.
