Job description

  • Serve as the sole administrator authorized to input data into the Master Tracker.
  • Review, verify, and reconcile data inputs from Deployment, Purchasing, Logistics, Engineering, Sales, and Projects.
  • Maintain, protect, and audit the Master Tracker spreadsheet to ensure absolute data integrity.
  • Format and standardize historical data across all six departments to prepare for seamless ERP migration.
  • Document current manual workflows from each department to help inform future ERP configurations.
  • Schedule fortnightly cross-functional S&OP meetings and track action items to deadline.
  • Consolidate the finalized S&OP review outputs to calculate, compile, and publish the official list of required materials that need to be ordered.
  • Extract and compile reports from the Master Tracker for specific requirements as requested by other departments

Requirements

  • Basic-Good Excel skills - In this role you will be managing ready made spreadsheets, manipulating, populating and consistently updating data.
  • Exceptional assertiveness and attention to detail to enforce data standards across multiple teams.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with and challenge stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of data from multiple streams without sacrificing accuracy.

About the company

We are working exclusively with a well-established market leading business in Hemel Hempstead to recruit for a vital newly created role within their team.

Our client is looking to recruit a Data Controller to act as the central date specialist for the entire organisation across their Supply Chain, Warehouse, Workshop and Deployment departments. The successful candidate will act as the single point of data entry for all of the departments tracking all operations data via our clients existing Excel databases with a view to moving across to an ERP next year.

This role is a paying a salary upto £27k and is a great opportunity for someone to make the role their own. Please note this position is fully office based in our clients Hemel Hempstead site and ideally you will be someone that is confident using Excel.
