Job description
As a Senior Advisor I, IT Business Partner , you will connect business strategy with technology solutions, ensuring alignment, value delivery, and continuous improvement across critical natural gas operations and enterprise processes.
What You’ll Do
Translate business strategies into clear IT requirements and partner with teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Lead requirements management, feasibility analysis, and end-to-end program oversight.
Capture business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to review functional designs for system changes.
Take ownership of the end-to-end program, leading functional, technical, and data integration tracks.
Facilitate discussions with relevant business leaders to define a prioritized backlog of change and project-related work.
Partner with vendor and implementation teams, manage contracts, and enhance system performance across Allegro and related platforms.
Support data-driven decision-making through advanced analysis and documentation practices.
Requirements
10 or more years of IT experience in application support, business analysis, project roles, or trading
Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field.
Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
What Makes You Stand Out - Preferred
Knowledge of natural gas trading, nominations, scheduling, and pipeline operations
Experience with ETRM systems, especially Allegro
Background in commodity trading, settlements, risk, or utility environments
Experience in complex system implementations and data integration
Strong collaboration and continuous improvement mindset
Strong analytical, documentation, and facilitation skills

Benefits & conditions
This position has a base salary range of $136,800 - $167,200.
