Job description

Insight Global is looking for an HRIS Analyst help support and enhance a modern, multi-platform HR technology landscape including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central), UKG Workforce Management, and SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP). If you’re passionate about configuration, data integrity, user support, and driving system improvements, this role is for you. The HRIS Analyst provides both day-to-day application support and project-based delivery across our HR systems. This role is heavily focused on SuccessFactors Employee Central, including role-based permissions, workflows, data quality, reporting, and integrations. You’ll also support UKG WFM, ECP, and ServiceNow (preferred), working closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and external partners.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst dedicated to the following modules within SAP Success factors: Compensation, Succession, Reporting and Analytics, Security

  • Experience implementing storyboard reporting within SAP SuccessFactors and with RBP’s Role Based Permissions. Experience with Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll

Ability to perform UKG configurations
