Job description

The Project Managers will serve as the central point for coordinating internal IT teams, external vendors, construction partners, and executive stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives., * Assist in leading simultaneous technology deployments across three large office sites.

  • Assist in developing and managing comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Network, Security, Systems, AV, Facilities, and Construction.
  • Establish governance, reporting cadence, and executive dashboards
  • Conduct regular project reviews and quality assurance checks to confirm successful execution of project objectives.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new resources, ensuring compliance and background checks are completed within 5-10 business days.
  • Scale project resources up or down as needed through change orders, maintaining flexibility to meet customer needs.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with the customer, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
  • Oversee the project scope, timeline, and deliverables, proactively managing changes and potential crises.

Program & Project Leadership

  • Lead simultaneous technology deployments across three large office sites.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Network, Security, Systems, AV, Facilities, and Construction.
  • Establish governance, reporting cadence, and executive dashboards.

Vendor & Contractor Management

  • Manage low-voltage contractors, integrators, OEM partners, and general contractors.
  • Review SOWs, BOMs, and technical designs for completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to standards, security requirements, and quality benchmarks.
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and final acceptance

Requirements

Ideally, we’re looking for individuals with solid experience in IT project management, particularly those who have been involved with office buildouts or similar projects., * Experience in project management, particularly in network infrastructure projects.

  • Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for U.S.-based projects.
  • Ability to manage remote teams and coordinate across different time zones.
  • 5-10+ years of experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure deployments.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering multi-site office buildouts or large-scale network implementations.

Strong understanding of:

  • Enterprise networking (switching, routing, wireless)
  • Structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA)
  • Physical security systems
  • AV systems and conference room technologies
  • MDF/IDF design and data center environments
  • Experience working alongside construction teams and facilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously.
  • Strong financial management and executive reporting experience., * How many years you have experience with Project management?
